Today called and said he s calling from technical service of virgin media. First told me they receive a lot of error reports sent from my router which they want to fix and then asked me to go to teamwiever.com (remote control software page) which I refused.

Disgusting told Me they would give me a loan. Sounded legitimate told me to pay installment upfront of £185 which I stupidly did. Then I canceled after they started asking for more money. I've asked for a refund and for 4 days now he's told me it will go in my bank. Still no money. Do not believe them I've lying scumbags hope they get caught out for fraud!! I'm certainly ringing the police. Disgusting !!

Be aware if this number calls, it is for a shared costs, so better not to call back. Have checked also different formats of this number, but no luck. I had a call from this number on my mobile during work, so I couldn t answer it. They left an automated message telling me to press 5 and they would send "a pack" or something out to me. After that I did a little online research and apparently it s a social media and marketing company situated in South Africa. No idea how they got my number - especially my mobile phone number, but I ll block them. I don t think it s trustworthy!
