Fraud call, pretending to be from "national insurance office" because there has been "fraud on your account"... pressed one to be put through to an "investigations officer" gave them the phone jacker treatment told me to "suck my d***" and hung up on me, will try and pretend to be retarded next time. Only managed to keep them on the phone for 7 seconds... gutted

They call everytime I call my bank, looks like they know exactly that we contact the bank?? Wondering how!! Do not answer and do not give any information. Lying is the best you can do. If a bank wants to contact you they write or email you to contact them personally. That s how my bank proceeds.
