Cold call regarding “feedback on energy suppliers” and wanted my full name & address. They ended the call when I refused to give personal information.
They call over and over, when I finally picked up and requested that they stopped calling, the person at the other end of the phone was extremely rude.

This number called and terminated the call before I got to the telephone. I tried calling the number but got no answer. Virgin auto telecomms said the number was unrecognised.
Another call from this 08437240176 scammer trying to flog cavity wall insulation. Remember, anyone who cold calls you, (especially when you are registered with the TPS), is highly likely to be at best disreputable or at worst an out and out fraudster. Standard "talk talk" fake call. "Problems with my router". Again. Told them I d bought one previous week from TalkTalk ? where was it, I was still waiting!! Rang off! Previous times, offensive or obscene comments because I told him I knew all about him and his dirty tricks! UK telephone number is bogus ? they are overseas somewhere. NEVER call back.
I didn't catch the company name but it was something to do with home cover - the man asked if I was me, so I said no but could I help. He said he was ringing about the cover on the washing machine at (gave my address), he said it had expired and he just wanted to check if the machine was still in good working order. I said I didn't understand and that he must have the wrong people

Didn’t take the call on my landline but they left a pre recorded message informing me that my card had been used in a foreign transaction twenty minutes before and that I should press 1 to stop it. I rang the number from my mobile a couple of times and each time got the busy tone. I reckon it’s a poor attempt at a scam.
