I was told that my bank account had serious money taken out,but it hadn’t. A full blown scam number.
Fraud - message left by them was read by a computerised male American voice that said I had to call the local city hall urgently. Not sure why. However phone number is very similar to (0)20 3991 2845 which is a Fraud HMRC call.
Just got called claiming I had been in a car accident. No I was not! Had this type of call before but from a different number about a month ago. SCAMMERS! Judging by the comments here and the fact that I have been called before by these people, the police should go after these people. First a digitally produced or masked female voice asks some generic questions and even if you are clear that no accident happened, you get passed to a male with an Indian accent. No surprise there as most of these

Said he was Jordan, calling about Washing Machine cover. 2nd hand w machine no cover! I have blocked number.
Stinking little sh its again. Poo peanut mud patty type. UNPLUG YOUR PHONE LINES TO CUT THE LINE COMPLETELY! Especially if you use telephone banking or TV shopping.

mr happy calls me up tells me its going ot take 30 mins I tell him I dont have that time he hangs up very rudely. Dont bother :)
