The caller claims to be "Chris, your local energy advisor" , who has called many times previously, using different numbers. Either a phishing scammer or a nuisance caller with too much time on his hands!

From the ‘Savers Club’. Indian accented female voice persistently asking me to answer survey questions. This annoying organisation keeps calling me repeatedly, using a different number each time

TAXES / HMRC scam. Recorded message telling me that I would be served with a warrant.
Text Message says you owe £2 for post office charges but although I am expecting parcels both are paid for. Second time I have had this.
