Didn't take the call but called them back, it's the number for ANJ IT. I assume they wanted to offer some sort of IT service. Seemingly harmless, but unsolicited.

This is a number for Black Pearl claims. The advisor(offshore) advised that they were calling as have not yet refunded my PPI payments.I have never had PPI
Say I have a debt amount but I don’t. They have my name, email, address & phone number & I don’t know why they have my personal details & send me text messages & letters with a different persons account & address on, yet they are contacting me for another persons debt I’ve never even heard of.
