Called my mobile on 4th June 2013 at 3:50pm. From what research I ve done, it seems as though they are cold calling telemarketers. Who could have passed my number to them?

SCAM Started with an automated message informing me that two transactions have taken place on a Visa debit card for varying amounts. Press "1" to approve, press "2" if I dont know. Pressed 2 out of curiosity and was transferred to a man asking for the reason of the call. I repeat the message I received and he then repeats the transaction amounts (obviously reading from a script). Asked him which bank this account was associated with (which he obviously doesn't know).
