'Chris' claimed to be my local representative of some sort of energy-saving whatnot - though calling from the other end of the country. Apparently my property is on a register (??) as still having old-type loft installation.

Answered call but person did not speak and hung up. Could hear in background noise as if from call centre. Rang back and very helpfully my GSM network provider blocked call with a message saying check you are authorised to call this number.
