Caller hung up before I could answer. On ringing back it said that the number did not accept inbound calls. Scam I presume

Called saying it was carphone warehouse offering deals on phones, but I never give authorisation for them to contact me on marketing. When I pushed back, the caller with a strong Indian accent could not tell me when I was registered nether that they can remove my number, as "we are calling all numbers from the operator three". It has all tickets of a scam call, as any main company would have the data information and could remove from the list.
