Spam from "3 Mobile" but obvious spam

Very dangerous. Tried to take money and said urgent call from HMRC. Automated message at first. Avoid these scammers.
possible VISA scam
Indian sounding voice claiming to be able to get a 20% discount off my Vodafone bill, but first she wanted my Email address to unlock the account. Obvious scam. Hung up.
SCAM
Claims to be b telecom checking Internet speeds. Said he was in London, so why use a Manchester code?? Suspect he was scammer!!
This number called my mobile but when answered, cut off. Called the number back but it showed as an invalid number. Now blocked.
Be aware if you received calls from this number and block him because he is asking for your bank account and name and calling every day if you don’t
This number called me at 7:36 am on a Monday morning! I'm a retired person so I don't get up before the sun and at 7:36 am the sun is still in bed in Greater Manchester. I did jump out of bed but didn't pick up as I didn't recognise the number. Apparently the call originated in Thanet which Google tells me is in Kent. As I know of no reason why someone from Thanet (which I'd never even heard of) should phone me at an ungodly time of day I can only assume this was a scam call.

SCAM: Persistently calling an elderly woman insisting that her drains need to be inspected and she was legally required to allow the inspection. caller also gave a mobile number 07511485590. Victim refused to comply suspecting a SCAM.
