Scammers. I just hang up as soon as they ask "how are you today?"....unless i feel like having some fun, then i reel off a long list of issues, like "preposterous piles" or "cretinous constipation". Don t even have a Windows computer, but that doesn t stop them calling.

Claiming to be from outreach, then later from BT, saying they knew I had problem with my router/internet. Worryingly I had reported the same the day before to EE and was told to expect a call from outreach...coincedence???
