This is a Philippines fraud so far my knowledge guess. They track Indian girls saying he is cargo ship captain and going to marry her out of love. Bought few Jewellery and posted. Then actual story starts, says need to pay some amount to Indian agent as laguage is heavy. Do not trust him girls. See his insta he follows all ladies only that too Indians.Fraud
Called 27.02.14 at 7.30pm telling me that he was from Vodafone and he could offer me some really good offer. .. He was pushy, calling me love! And asking lots of personal questions. Told him that I would not do any deals on phone and refused to answer questions... He then wished me a good afternoon at 0730pm! Don t trust
