Receiving up three calls a day from this No when answered they ring off. This is now very annoying.

They are based on wharf industrial estate in bury, Manchester and Blackburn. The staff who call have no idea, nor choice of who they ring as the system selects a number at random from their data, and only when the line opens do they see your name and address etc. They are legitimate in terms of what they are offering (a free hearing frequency test at your local football club/hotel) however, if you will receive any money should a claim be successful is questionable. I have been called by this number at least 4 times a day for the past week, everytime I answer it gets cut off.

Called a few minutes ago, second time today, asked for accounts department, unfortunately no one was here to deal with accounts. Asked them if they would leave a message but was told they just needed to check an account balance. No more information given, not even a company name. Needless to say if they were a reputable company they would be forthcoming with info. Unfortunately for them, now, no one in the accounts department will be available for quite some time..
