Claim Searchers called to say that we had been missold Diamond Resorts International points and were entitled to compensation. If they won the case they would get 30% in legal fees.
Today (19-12-16) this number has rung 4 times. Having decided to let it go to the answerphone it still does not respond. I did try a return call last week (again several times in 1 day, plus other times) and got a call centre message about being busy and to wait. Refused to do so and am concerned I'm going to get a bill as I might have been conned. This is rapidly becoming a nuisance call owing to the frequency we get the call!
