A person calling himself David Wilkins told me my broadband would crash duty I put phone down
This was an unsolicited call made to me mid afternoon, a second attempt from this number. Appears to be a telemarketing company wanting to sell home insulation products under the guise of doing telephone survey's. They ask if you have loft insulation, cavity wall insulation and the latest double glazing so if you don't have any of thes no doubt they'll have the solution.

I answered and I could hear talking in the background and thought it could be a call centre so was about to hang up when the person said "I haven't got it" then hung up
Its an over seas call, I called it and the ring tone was aboard. UK do use over seas numbers so they don t get traced.
