I have spent over 2 weeks on the phone every day with Net 10. They have sent me 4 sim cards because every person I speak to inputs the incorrect info into their system. I rang this number back, automated answer says they are GID Ltd, "and you have been called today in relation to your recent financial comitment"

Had a call from this number telling me they were from Microsoft and there was a problem with our computer. Could we log on etc. Told them to phone back later - They haven t. No idea if it is genuine!

This number called while I was out today. I rang it back later and got a message that it could not accept calls. My caller display indicated that it was an "international" number. Because it was clearly not from Liverpool, I set my call blocker against it. I note that it has subsequently rung again. My blocker rejected it.

missed a call from them despite phone not ringing called back to a robot voice asking for personal information in order to not be called again smells like a phishing scam

Number actually shows as 0019798234079 on caller ID but this site seems to drop the 00. This is a Windows security scam where they tell you that you have viruses on your PC and they can fix them for you. Didn t go along with it today and said to them that I suppose they were going to show me errors and warnings in my Windows event logs and they just hung up without any further comment. Hopefully they will remove me from their database if they realise I m too Windows savvy to ever fall for this.
