Called claiming to be from my energy supplier but couldn't give me my outbound password (that I had put on my account by my real supplier due to so many scam calls) - got quite aggressive when I said they weren't who they said they were. Clearly scammers so be aware. The same people have called many times from other numbers which are now blocked so clearly change numbers often too.
Equidebt again using various mobile numbers. No idea why they re bugging me!!!!

Yes this is HSBC. I have an account with them and this was my LOCAL branch calling to make sure I was aware of changes and to ensure I was using the acc correctly. Very pleasant lady and took 5mins of my time. No problem to report.
