Calls and then hangs up almost immediately. Part of a series of such calls starting with 0203... that are calling several times a day.

SCAM Did a return call using 141. Automated voice mail saying thankyou for calling back and using a compare website with options to press a number to be taken off the caller list. Very dangerous.
