Dangerous scammers pretending Amazon, they say someone has authorised shopping on your Amazon account. They will use www.anydesk.com to steal your passwords, money and destroy your mental health. They are ruthless criminals with Indian or Pakistani accent, lovely woman, or confident man? Just hang up and do not let them connect to your computer. They are thieves. I made an effort to leave this comment, so you will know!

Pension scam of some sort. Very persistant. I ignore all calls.
I was called on this number at 9.30am today advising me that my Amazon order had been charged to my credit card. I may be wrong but I am not aware that Amazon had opened a depot in Orpington-tried to call the number back but it was blocked. Yet another scammer preying on people. What can be done to close these scams down-surely BT or OFCOM must be able to trace the number to an address and the take action against them.
Purporting to be from some energy initiative. Blah blah. Hung up and blocked. Scam.
Answered, very loud noise in the background on the other side of the phone call, similar to a phone call center, no one bothered to communicate with me. Hanged up, minded my own business.
