Persistently calling, using a known contact s name in our industry to try and arrange a meeting.
This number purported to be from Lloyds Bank, suggesting misuse of my card. My bank statement suggests this is not so. I did not respond to their quick fraud check .

Amazon Scam Call - High value item bought on your account
Phone rang twice, I picked it up, and no-one on the other end (for a good 25 secs). Called back via 0471. They have no intention of picking up an inbound call! The message I heard was along the lines of: "Hello. This is Orient Utilities (or Oriel or Orion or similar - the Northern Irish voice is not clear, probably deliberately). Sorry we missed the opportunity to explain to you our special offer on Gas & Electricity, but don t worry, we ll call again." No, don t. Please.
