I got this call today and decided to look it up to find these comments. I never answer my mobile to numbers I Dont know, if it s important they will leave a answer message. Everyone should be doing the same, as once you answer they know you line is active, they will then sell you number to other company s. I used to get at least 7 a day from different numbers but now only recieve 1, most days I don t get any anymore.

I got a call from Consumer Exchange telling me that I was involved in an accident, which I had not, when I told the guy that he was incorrect he asked me if I had an accident at work and I said no, but I did tell him I had an accident 15 years ago so he asked me if I had made a claim about that accident so I mentioned that I did not as making claims for an accident was not really a bog thing unlike now

They call if you have had an accident andsay they want to act on your behalf but will not tell you where they have got your details from. Whenu ask they hang up Such a rude and untrustworthy company - who will not disclose who they are or where they are based. Put the phone down on them if they call.
