They call saying that the file from a recent accident (and they know some of the details) has been passed to them to make a personal injury claim. I rang our insurance company following the call and they had no idea of this. Idiot calls you and asks why you called him.
I had a call from this number re. the end of a mobile phone contract. It seemed very dodgy, but I checked with the mobile provider directly, and the people calling from this number are genuine partners. Badly handled in terms of the explanation and also seem to have access to very out of date data. So poor outsourcing exercise at best. Either way - these are genuine people linked to T-Mobile.
