Tax rebate fraud
Gentleman with thick foreign accent hard to understand wanting to ask marketing questions. Rang off when told I didn't answer those.

Answered the call but they immediately hung up. Background noise sounded like a call centre.
Purported to be ringing on behalf of Govt. and said their calls were sanctioned by the TPS. Wanted to appoint me a Financial Adviser to advise on my pension. Refused to say where they got my number from.
