Name that came up on phone was "O My Cod" but said they were Carphone Warhouse. He sounded like he was just waking up, not the jolly sort you get from telemarketing. I just said I don't know them and cleared down.

I was called on this number regarding fraudulent activity. I then called my own bank and they confirmed this is one of their numbers and checked everything for me. My card has been cancelled as it had been compromised. This is not a scam but a genuine bank of Scotland fraud number.
