This called alleged it was from Virgin Media requesting confirmation of my direct debit and card expiry date. When I said I never gave my bank details to anyone over the phone, he immediately rang off. Obviously a dubious site.

Claimed to be from Car phone Warehouse, offering a new Samsung phone for £35 a month. SCAM.
SCAM - It was a recorded message saying they were HMRC and that they had found fraudulent activity on my account and if i didn't press 1 HMRC would process a warrant for my arrest and i would be arrested shortly! I hung up at this point, so not sure if anything else was said.
Another call from this company late last night, despite my previous requests to them to remove my number from their database, and telling them I m TPS registered. Last night Craig just laughed and cut the line as I was asking him to remove my details. Now I ve just had a silent call from them, all I could hear was laughing in the background. 1471 gave the number as 01618149030, which if rung, tells you to ring 01157629990, but no one ever answers. I consider these calls to be harrassment, pure and simpl
