Insurance claimed to be from Domestic and General. Tried to get us to reveal information about our appliances. Hung up when queried

Scam!!! Indian woman saying she was from amazon accounts and someone has opened and charged £799 to an account in my name. When I said I don't have an amazon account she said it might be a bank account that they are trying to charge, when I asked who she was actually trying to speak to she didn't even know my name.???? poor attempt and poor English.

Called to state that I have overpaid Bank Protection Charges on loans and credit cards, car finances etc. I never had any of these so stopped the conversation very promptly.

Trustworthy upto a point, they do collections for old furnature, but if you work for them as a volunteer, you ll find you cover the majority of the work there own staff should be doing. Because the paid staff become complaicent at there work because there on a wage and your not.
I have recently been harassed telephonically from a UK number. This number may be related to the harasser as it is close to where he is from,,,,Manchester, Leeds.
