When I said that I already had it, the female caller said 'I know and it is £180.00 per annum and because you have not claimed for three years we are going to reduce it'. Spam from a company that will ask to get money from you through a voucher (3V prepaid voucher) because they say:"You have been accepted for a personal loan". By any cost, do not believe them, trust me, I have been there. They just take your money, and that s it, you have to pay more and more charges after that. So DO NOT FALL FOR THIS.

Said he was from BT and they are about to disconnect my internet because I had apparently downloaded such bad viruses that it was affecting their network, lol. He said he can show me on my computer. I asked him to give me my BT account number. He started to get agitated and said he cannot do that over the phone. So I asked him to tell me my address and he said F*** you and hung up.
