When challenged - the lady caller wanted me to push combination of keys on keyboard but by this time I was so frustrated that she hung up because I must have sounded rude. She wanted to show me why/how my connection was insecure. -Didn't give her the chance - being described the CTRL / ALT / DELETE buttons as though I'm a child is not acceptable. This number sent a link from EE saying my payment had bounced. It had a very credible link to an EE log in. It then asked for card details and I became suspicious. I shut it down and Looked at my EE account through my app. The account payment was fine.
