3 mobile network has multiple scam operators - this is another one that relies on the 'target' answering & speaking first so that the automated rubbish begins.
SCAM- first claimed to be HMRC then claimed to be life insurance.
Please stay away from these scammers which keep growing with no ending in sight. Lexa Trade is the worst broker I have ever invested with. By His grace, I was able to get my stolen money on contacting dorisashley 52 gmail.com. WhatsApp +351 968 942 567. I hope that this stops and the authorities get more grip on things.

Nobody really transfers Bitcoin in increments as low as $50 because the fees are so high. They knew my first name somehow and ignored the TPS Do Not Call list.

They were indian, male and middle aged, they identified themselves as John Martin. I am ex-directory and my phone is registered with the telephone preference service to block sales calls and unwanted calls. I checked online and the number was listed as Indian and Rotherham based. Male non english accent called my landline from 07342065763 17 Jan 2023. Stated he was from Amazon security and that he had emailed me as someone had ordered a £600 phone on my account. I asked whose name was on the account as he said it was my name. I asked again whose name and he said D Maddison. When I say they don't live here he hung up. Obviously has some old phone records.

I rang the number 01634250475 & noted when I checked with "who called me" that it stated it was Halifax Bank. So I rang the number and lady with foreign accent answered but she was not employed by Halifax bank so I put the phone down. Hope this helps somewon.
