She said she had a few simple questions about my current phone line. When I asked again who she was working for, she replied she would put me through to " one of our lovely advisers". Unrecognised number which I never waste my time answering. Straight on block. If it was anything of importance, they would follow up with a text message. My advice to anyone would be, never answer to an unknown number unless it s followed by a text message. Even then you should only respond to a text if the message interests you.
