Rude, extremely aggressive, trying to frighten people into taking out insurance to cover funeral costs and 'protect their loved ones'. Despicable.

Back again, they phoned my mobile yesterday and today my landline. Local garage had my contact numbers 2 years ago when I bought a car. In the past has just been postal advertising. The number is in Runcorn so misrepresentation of fact! Answered the phone with what are you selling, told them not to phone again as I don t want to buy a car. Must be a call centre in Runcorn, annoyed that local garage has sold or is using contact details for reasons beyond the original sale!!!

I can t really say that this number is NOT TRUSTWORTHY, as if you want a lower gas/electric tariff, it may just be in your interest to answer the call, but if you are happy with your supplier, just answer the fone & let them know that you are happy with your service & they ll take your name off the ring list. Very rude, asking about an accident I had, told them to stop fishing for claims and any more details. He replied that he would report me to my own insurance that the accident was all my fault and hung up !!

Called twice today, answered the second time and she said she was calling from the phone shop, i told her straight after, "I will save you some time, im not interested thanks" She said "thank you for you time" and hung up. Havent heard from them since.
