Called six times now in the space of an hour, I can hear the chaos of a call centre in the background but the caller doesn’t speak, call terminates at their end after about ten seconds. Annoyance blocked.

They are based on wharf industrial estate in bury, Manchester and Blackburn. The staff who call have no idea, nor choice of who they ring as the system selects a number at random from their data, and only when the line opens do they see your name and address etc. They are legitimate in terms of what they are offering (a free hearing frequency test at your local football club/hotel) however, if you will receive any money should a claim be successful is questionable. Called me at work, asked who they were, was told Pension Reduction Scheme , said I was writing that down, then she hung up. Also she had my name.

They have no legal basis to chase most debts but they lie and say they have. Best ignore them, say nothing and hang up.
