This number has rang three times in an hour and half tonight. It cuts off as soon as you answer. I have looked it up on these sort of websites and it either comes up as a parcel force scam or BT text messaging. Called me twice. Today I checked the number. The pitch: calling from my mobile provider to offer a 30% discount off my bill, then they want to know how much you pay for your bill. If you say sure - they will try and set this up on the phone, or direct you to your provider website. like this is an option, I chose my provider's website, they hung up. Today's call it was the 30% discount again - and hung up.
Claimed to be from my local council seeing if I have damp and mould. I live in Berkshire so definitely not my local council as it’s a Scotland area code.
