Lady said she was calling from Coastal and asked for me by name. Before I confirmed I asked what the call was about and she told me i was playing a very silly game. Avoid at all costs.

Asked if I wanted help with my loans and ppi - i queried what loans and ppi - they eventually admitted they don t know what loans or ppi - so i declined. I was then informed by the experienced sales person that he supposed ignorance is bliss and if I want to live like that then so be it. There s a four letter word with his name all over it... needless to day despite many times of asking them to scrub me from their databases they continue to pester me with inane rubbish.

I dealt with a very transparent and honest Letting Agency and they told me that I DON T NEED Liability Policy when dealing with them. SCAM Said they were O2. Very convincing. Sent an OTP, like a fool, I gave it to them. By the time their call ended, and I got through to O2 (max 10 minutes), they’d already changed my email and postal addresses. O2 tell me the only time they will ask for the OTP is when a customer calls them. Looks like I stopped them in time, all details now changed, and security info changed, but be careful people.
