I just received a call from this number, I answered and a man advised he was calling from EE to advise on offers and deals I can access as I have been with EE ‘a long time now’ (which isnt really true and wouldnt be necessary to say anyway). Then he went straight in to ask me for some details. I was unsure about discussing further so asked if he could call back another time. Another call from a 02393 number, calling me about an accident I had in April 2015. Never had an accident. My car was broken into, but I didn't; have an accident, so clearly my details have been passed to these nuisance companies somewhere along the line! Blocked - a pain in the backside!
Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. Do not call them back whoever it is - you will pay for it. Tell me why companies still use payed lines for telemarketing (some other reason than scam?)... Did someone answer any number of this range or this one? Maybe this is some good number, but left no message, no way I would call back...
