I never answer my phone whilst at work unless I know who is calling I have blocked this number from my phone several times over the last few months but for some reason it keeps getting through!

I contacted this company on behalf of my mum. I explained that I had an agreement with the energy supplier to clear the outstanding bill before the 14th of September. Calls to our (call screened, not on BT) number from 0800 044 5265. No message left, multiple attempts on multiple days. Calling that 0800 number says they are Stellar a partner of BT, and to call BT on 0800 028 2272. Don t bother if you aren t on BT. They ll tell you "you aren t on BT, we have no record of you!". Phoned them back and they said it was Blackpearl Claims, so I hung up. I've heard its a PPI claims company.
