An Asian sounding man asked to speak to me by name stating he was calling from Credit Investigation Services with a view of making a payment plan to reduce my unsecured debt of ?17000. I explained that I had no unsecured debt and that as I was signed up to the telephone preference service, he should not be making unsolicited calls to me. for some reason our phone number must have been released to this call centre and we are being inundated with sales calls for utilities, credit cards - you name it we have had it - several times a day.
