Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2038684xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with insurance marketing, accident chasers, PPI claims, "car accident which was not your fault". Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new, new scope, or still the same story?

Seems to be some telemarketing call centre, I have found this number also reported on German pages as a telemarketing... Blocking it now.
Answered call to these.... Then just silence. They hunt up after 30 secs of listening to me work.
Two calls today. Fist time phone stopped ringing before I answered , 2nd time I managed to answer but got a "goodbye" after severl times saying hello. Should be reported to police !
