Someone called Shannon Smith called asking for a member of staff who retired many years ago, to send us their "information pack". Asked why she hadn't checked their database against the TPS, she couldn't answer.
Received a call from this number at 07.25am! Not sure who is working at this time of the day but clearly they’re up to no good. No message left on my answer machine and this number has now been blocked.

Called asking for my pension details saying they need to send out some new documents. Felt uncomfortable half way through call & asked them to confirm my scheme number. He couldn t & said their info appears to be wrong. He was very friendly & polite but nothing rang true. He said he will confirm his info & ring me right back. He didn t but I rang my pension company who confirmed it was nothing to do with them & they ll investigate. Fraudsters, do not tell them anything!
