They are a telecoms company and I have an 0800 number with them. This number is to call from your mobile, although I know that 0800 s are also free now from mobiles. Therefore I doubt the above comment on Home Office is correct (or perhaps very old). A trustworthy company.

Saying that my computer is running lots of issues when connecting to Internet and can damage my system.
