This is KBA Financial Services Ltd who I took my life insurance out with 10 years ago. It's just a call offering a telephone appointment in the future with a financial advisor if you want to consider if your cover is still relevant to your circumstances. There's no pressure but a chance to review whether you want to change your cover or leave it as it is. You can e mail them at info@kbafinancial.com They are a genuine company based in Leigh who I have found very polite and helpful.

Threatening call of legal action against my name and insurance number
Dotun Adebayo soundalike called me in East Kilbride. I politely told him that I had told his "National Consumer Survey" that I wasn t really interested in taking part but - as I always do - wished him a good shift. His accent was thick and he either said good luck mate or you arsehole. I will cut you if we ever meet you ignorant cunt.
This Caller called me and did not answer but sent an ear piercing sound that hurt my ear when answering the call. No Voice at all
