Based in Manchester, uses names like Peter Munrreo, Frank Maccallan. Tells you calling from Stepchange but they arent. Please report to action fraud and block numbers.

They call me 3 times a day - I complained to TPS who immediately contacted them. They have continued calling. After 30 days if they are still calling, TPS will take action. I don't answer, it goes straight on to message taker but it's still a nuisance. I've phoned them twice today and been assured they will remove my number but it's continuing. One woman I spoke to said she knew it was illegal.

SCAM Call 30/3/21 at 14:44. Clearly not the 0118 Reading UK source it looks like. Recorded female voice supposed to be security department of Amazon! Something about a purchase made by me for £1000 plus being taken from my account today.. Did I want to cancel purchase, press 1 or press 2 to speak to adviser etc. etc. All complete rubbish as I avoid Amazon on principle for their policies, especially re Tax. SCAM Called about internet speed, this one claimed to be BT. Many calls last few weeks, sometimes claim to be Virgin, want to know speed, ip addr5ess and probably more. I string them along until they realise I am wasting their time, they then hang up abruptly. This one was not very polite.
