If you speak then the line is detected as 'a voice line' and logged, a scammer will then call you later! If you don't recognize the number calling DON'T SPEAK, JUST LISTEN! However, this site states that this number has been looked up ten times and does not appear to be malicious, but I would still advise NOT to answer or call this number - if it's important enough, they will message or leave a voicemail. At present, they have not done this, so I do not trust it.

The idea is to ask you to download remote desktop software to gain access to your computer, then attempt to bamboozle you with made up technical nonsense whilst in the background they copy your files and internet settings in the hope that yo have stored online banking credentials.
