Sends fake texts about PCR tests
Called me claiming to be Scottish Power, wanted me to tell them my address, saying I had a debt on my account. I asked them to tell me the address to which they claimed the debt was overdue on, but they couldn't. When I told them that I have never had an account with Scottish Power, they became very aggressive and eventually told me to f..k off and hung up on me.

This was a scam call supposedly from visa. I only answered if because it was a local code
Number showed as missed call and a blank voicemail was left for me - upon returning the call, the number apparently doesn't exist? I suspect its some spam mobile used for outgoing calls, that doesn't accept incoming calls.

Phoned to say money had been taken from my account to pay amazon and sent abroad, kept asking for my account number, told him i would phone the fraud dept at my bank and give them his number and they can talk to each other. He then rang off, now blocked this number.

Recieved phone call from 01483577441 at 1045am on Saturday 28th January 2023, Preporting to be from Amazon, stating they were witholding a payment of £700.00 As they suspect it. Asking me to press 1, which of course I didn't. This was a recorded message. I have never bourght anything of that value. This is a scam. beware.

This is a scam. They are saying they are from BT, however the following is true (as I worked for BT for 36 years). 1 - BT do not ring you on a mobile number (unless and engineer has an appointment at your house that you know about). 2 - The phone is registered to Vodaphone, BT do not use any other networks for their own use. 3 - He could not give me my BT account number. 4 - He said he was from Millenium City London, this mobile number is located in Manchester! Two calls from this number with a recorded voice message claiming £700 has been drawn on our account to Amazon and further £2000 cash transfer, then a couple of number options to press to speak to someone. Needless to say, I hung up. Yet another time-wasting and potentially dangerous scam.

Foreign sounding pre-recorded message about a substantial VISA debitcard transaction. Obvious scam - messages from banks, etc do not usually start "Dear Customer". Use of an apparently local number is clearly an attempt to give it some credibility.
