I just had a call from this number too, claiming to be "D M Experts". The person he asked to speak to, Ben , does not exist on my number or at my address and I have been plagued with calls lately from some company claiming to be something to do with the Office of Fair Trading, who also always asks for Ben , but they have the sense to block their number. Recorded msg, ostensibly from BT saying our broadband service would be terminated this afternoon and giving two options to choose: 1. To speak to somebody; 2: to terminate broadband. Voice was female with slightly accented American tone. Checked BT Numbers and they do not appear to include this one. Assume it’s a scam of some sort.
