Phoned this morning by "Michael Barnham" at a noisy call centre who said he was from BT Openreach and wanted to talk to me about my internet connection. I said I wasn't with Openreach and goodbye.
Clements Agency, they are a firm who say they can help reduce Business Rates for Company premises, but ask for £120 upfront. I chose not to use their services. Seem legit but not sure if I have to be honest.
