Asking me how much I currently pay (I am with 3 and said “if you are calling from 3 you would know that information”) he said they don’t have customer details in the promotion department!!!!!! This telephone number rang my mum who hasn't got a clue about online banking or the internet. A bloke called James Taylor claimed he was from Action fraud. He informed my mum that she had activity on her bank account that wasn't showing up, and he then persuaded her to transfer a huge amount of money to there account, saying she will get it back after investigation of a few days. Which would be to late. Please stay clear of this number and block them.
Hung up before I could answer. I tried to call back, no ring tone and disconnected immediately, probably scam or unwanted.
