The robot voice pretending Amazon have charged you about £90 because your Amazon Prime subscription allegedly expired. Blocked it.

This number appeared on my son's phone. He says he does not recognise it and didn't call it. The time of the call was when he would have been in a school lesson. Charged £6.90 for 11 seconds.

25/04/2023 Call from this number. Claiming to be Barclays Bank, very poshly spoken female telling me fraudulent activity on my account etc. kept them busy answering my questions, until they put down the phone. Quite sophisticated scam - beware

stated was a legal copany wanting to deal with personal injury claim. Hadd loads of details about accident. Told caller that already in hands of solicitors and broke off conversation. Wonder where they get the information from?

I am suspicious of this phone number. The man phoning spoke good English with a strong accent and was convincing. He told me he was from AV (antiviral program) and that my recent payment of £149 had not gone through. He offered me a discount policy at £29 for the next year. Re The failed bank payment, the bank itself stopped this money and when I spoke to my bank it was decided that the £149 seemed high for an anti viral program and there was a possibility of fraud. SCAM - Apparently they were from Sky trying to test my broadband speed. Notwithstanding I am not with Sky, I asked them to tell me my own name and postcode and they hung up. How rude! I assume the next step would be to access my computer to 'fix' the issue.

Scam call from chartistake.com seller. They knew partially my name and tried to get me into investing with them. Looking at reviews it's clear that victims of this page cannot withdraw their money, only deposit.

SCAM - this number was included in a message pretending to be our Daughter asking for them to call back as an emergency.

Scam caller, left a disturbing sigh on the phone message. People that use their phones for these things should be interviewed by the police and an address provided for the phone number where its registered to.

Claiming to be from National Insurance and asking me to press 1 to speak to an investigator before action is taken against my national insurance number. They claimed some fraudulent activity on the North Wales border. I didn’t press 1 and ended the call as I’m sure that’s a scam.

Received a call from this number, answered and received an automated message saying my Amazon account had 2 large orders using my card and they didn’t think it was me. It said press 1 for yes it was me and 2 for it wasn’t. I hung up an obvious scam call as how can they know who in the household picks up the call as there might be 5 of us with cards and Amazon accounts!
