SCAM - A recorded message thanking me for renewing Amazon Prime (which I hadn't) and that money had been taken out of my account for it. I hung up as I guessed it was going to ask me if this was a mistake and if so to press 1!

Received yesterday at 14.17. it's a London number and I live in NI. I don't answer numbers like this. I think it is wise in the world we live in.
I just had a phone call from this number a woman saying she was from bt say that my phone and internet will be disconnected ?

This phone number called my landline at 6:15am on a week day morning. Upon phoning it back it was constantly engaged even though I tried it off and on all day and even before I went to bed it was still engaged.
