For once, an unknown number that is actually legit. It was a call from Thames Water. I didn t answer as I didn t recognise the number but the voice message was genuine with specific details (including the correct address) about a drainage issue I d discussed with them earlier. Genuine call.
Asking for full details by threatening to take you to jail
I have been called from this number 3-4 times a week since January this year and have yet to answer the call. Finally received a letter from Mercury financial today 8th Sept saying I had until Sept 29 to reply and to receive my winnings from this years world cup lotto which I have never heard of let alone entered yes you guessed it ?850.000.Straight in the bin methinks.
